2. Eligibility. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as our services operate on and around the Discord platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By purchasing or enquiring about any service from Arden Systems, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Account Access. Access to the hosting panel is granted via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from a compromised Discord account.
Acceptable Use. The hosting panel and server resources may only be used to run Discord bots for legitimate purposes. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to): cryptocurrency mining, running malware or exploits, hosting illegal content, attacking other systems, or any activity that violates applicable law or Discord's Terms of Service.
Resource Usage. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any bot that consumes disproportionate server resources, disrupts other hosted services, or violates these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect our infrastructure.
Data & Files. You are responsible for the content of files uploaded to or stored on the hosting panel. We do not take responsibility for the loss of user-uploaded files. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important bot code and configuration.
Uptime. We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the hosting platform. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, including maintenance windows or unexpected outages.
Arden Systems Property. All code, designs, branding, and materials created by Arden Systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arden Systems. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered software solely for its intended purpose as part of your purchased service.
Preset Bots. Preset bots are licenced to you for use only while your hosting subscription is active. The underlying code remains the property of Arden Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute preset bot software under any circumstances.
Custom Bots. Upon full payment and delivery, the bespoke features developed specifically for your commission are licenced to you. Source code is only included where the source code add-on has been purchased. Standard components and frameworks used in custom bots remain the property of Arden Systems or their respective licence holders.
Your Content. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (such as assets, branding, or requirements). By providing content to us, you grant Arden Systems a licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Services Provided "As Is". Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.
Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arden Systems' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Arden Systems in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Consequential Damages. Arden Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Discord Platform. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or decisions of Discord, Inc. or any changes to the Discord platform that may affect the functionality of bots or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you have any questions about these Terms, wish to raise a complaint, or have a dispute regarding a service, please contact us through a support ticket in our Discord server. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
